“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.” - Maya Angelou
I create a safe space for children, adolescents, and adult clients to fully encounter themselves and identify personal insight. I specialize in grief, anger management, self-esteem issues, trauma, substance use, and child and adolescent issues. I am passionate about advocating for clients to develop their self-advocacy and empower their ability to thrive.
My approach to psychotherapy blends the eclectic with cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused approaches. I take a pragmatic approach, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to tailor the therapy experience to meet client’s needs. I guide clients along their personal life path to move from their unique challenges toward resilient perspectives that can enable them to flourish.
